Episode 186-Feather Light

Hello listeners, this weeks tune is a synthy/piano-ish, (synth piano played via midi guitar), song about considering possible future positives despite past negatives, heavy hits to your confidence and the like. Hopefully it's a nice listen, I sang it through a bunch of times and ended up using the least correct, most scratchy but hopefully also most honest take, I'm a little cold-having-ish anyways, and know next to nothing about the technicalities of singing.
Anyways, have a look the video/drawing that goes with it:

Thanks for your time and ears, much appreciated.

Episode 185-Atleast You're Not That Guy

Hello listeners, this weeks tune is a grumpy bullet aimed square at womanisers, and how they equate to creepy sea monster things that live under jetty's and steal children. Hopefully it's a fun listen. As always always, thanks to those who listen every week, or even a little, or even who are just listening right now, for your time and ears.
Here's a video/drawing to go with the tune:

in other news, if you're into using iTunes for downloading podcasts, this one/this blog, (which was set up initially to connect to iTunes/be published there also, then stopped doing that, but is now and maybe has been for a while doing so again), is available there. If that's your thing, go for it.

Episode 184-You'll Never Fall In Love

Hello listeners, this weeks tune is a banjolele, anti-religious song, I struggle to get the banjolele to make music that sounds musicy, so I've just gone with a weird little thing here. For the folks who know me, or have listened for a while, I dig Jesus, all over, but just like him, I really hate religion, therefore the sentiment you'll be hearing here. Hopefully it's a fun listen, I chucked in some bongo's 'n bass for good measure. Thanks as always for your time and ears.

Episode 183-Short Story

https://ia601502.us.archive.org/35/items/CeskyLivesEpisode183-shortStory/Clep183-shortStory.mp3

Hello listeners, if you've been listening for a bit and caught this tune:
this weeks song is about how what I put out there in that song was probably very unwise, such is life, "people make a mess", as Mark Maron's Jewish Doctor would say. Anyways, as humans do, I psycho analyse my mistakes, unlike some humans I then post said psycho analysis on the internet in the form of songs. There's no misery in this though, it's been a few weeks of thinking and such, I'm just tryin to give my decisions and feelings a context, life is OK, I'm drinkin a glass of wine here, sitting at my computer, got to play a lovely guitar earlier, that I own. Anyways, also no hard feelings to all concerned, songs are songs, people are people. If anyone can pick where the above image is from they win a prize, get in touch, leave a comment or something, seriously, if you're nerd memory contains facts about the dude pictured above I will totally make sure you get some kinds of physical or at least digital object to celebrate said memory, if you tie the picture in with the lyrics of this weeks tune, triple prizes all round, (even I don't know exactly why I picked this picture, so just make something up, seriously, email me: clo5dimly@hotmail.com).
Anyway, cheers for your time and ears, here's a video/drawing to go with the song:

Episode 182-Bleed

Hello listeners. This weeks tune is a different kinda animal, it's a collaborative thing between myself and a friend of mine named Elliot Careswell, he came up with the super classy electronicy, piano-y tune, beat, flow of the thing, and I added the lyrics and singing, he also did some backing vocals and read out some spoken word stuff, which is something I've never put in a song before but I reckon he nailed it, it seemed like a good idea. The most likely not permanent name for our collaborative efforts is "Space Cheese". Hope you enjoy it anyways, it was good fun to make, specially coming in to just kinda ice a cake that's pretty much ready to go.

Thanks for your time and ears, especially the folks who message positives at me every now and then, much appreciated.
